日本の健康保険診療は誰もが安価に医療を受けられる素晴らしい制度ですが、 5分の診察でも、30分の診察でも医療費は同じですので、 一人一人に合わせた時間のかかる治療を行うのは難しいのが現状です。 保険診療では、どうしても、効率の良い、薬による治療に偏りがちなのです。 最近では、子供にも薬を積極的に使う傾向にありますが、これは問題です。 決して薬を否定するわけではありませんが、 薬では「症状を抑える」ことはできても、病気そのものを「治療する」ことは出来ません。 だからと言って、安易な薬の減薬は、悪化をまねくこともあるので、慎重にお考え下さい。 近年、栄養や腸内環境の問題、慢性の感染症などからくるメンタル不調を抱えた患者さんが増えてきています。 メンタルクリニックでうつ病と診断されているけれど、抗うつ薬を長年飲んでいるのに良くならない人たちが増えています。 薬ではなく、栄養で改善できる問題や、生活習慣の見直し、ちょっとした気づきで改善できることもたくさんあります。 この番組では、現役メンタルクリニックの医師の目線で、患者さんたちに本当に知っておいてほしい知識をご紹介していきます。 ◾️塙美由貴(はなわ みゆき)プロフィール 東京都港区「みゆきクリニック」院長。愛知医科大学を卒業後、同大学に勤務。 その後フロイト精神分析を志し、小此木啓吾氏、北山修氏、馬場禮子氏 等に師事。 現在は一般外来診療を中心に行いつつも、精神分析的・精神力動論を応用することで治療成績を上げている。また、2009年からは分子整合医学を取り入れ、薬での改善の難しい症例の積極的な治療にも取り組み、成果を上げている。 10年以上に渡り専門家向けのセミナーを開催し、力動論的精神医学の普及にも尽力。 サプリメント外来やダイエット外来、分子整合医学にもとづく栄養素補充療法も実施。 ◾️所属学会・資格 精神分析学会認定精神療法医 精神神経学会認定医＆指導医 精神保健指定医 認定産業医 認定健康スポーツ医 点滴療法認定医 ヨーロッパサイコセラピー学会認定医 ◾️みゆきクリニックWEBサイト https://mental.or.jp
