<p>監獄，是一個與世隔絕的空間，但其中的秩序並非自然維持，而是由監所管理人員以高度警覺和嚴密管理所維繫。他們不僅負責收容人的戒護管理，還須執行房舍、工場、提帶接見、外醫戒護等繁瑣且高風險的工作。從被告押送到受刑人解送移監，從監舍查察到物品搜檢，每一個環節都關乎安全，稍有不慎，就可能釀成不可挽回的後果。</p>
