<p>Hello 大家好～周二快乐！</p><p>我是 Shark ✨</p><p>这期节目的主题是——“吵架”</p><p>回听这期我们聊过的内容，我觉得可以分为两大部分：</p><p>🔹 一部分是所有亲密关系中的吵架</p><p>🔹 一部分是对外进行自我维护的架</p><p>⸻</p><p>我们主要聊到了这几个问题：</p><p>・觉得怎么样算吵架</p><p>・吵架吵得是什么</p><p>・怎么吵架能吵赢</p><p>・吵真架和吵假架</p><p>・不必要的架怎么避免</p><p>最后我们发现：</p><p>不管哪种架、怎么吵、吵什么</p><p>关键词都落回到那个——“方案”</p><p>所以，这也是这期节目的名字啦！</p><p>—————————————————</p><p>我们几个对于吵架有不同的态度，不同的理解：</p><p>比如知了觉得：</p><p>吵架是非常必要的，是促进人与人互相了解的途径。</p><p>相安无事的时候，和身边亲近的人，再怎么交谈</p><p>都是在已经相互了解的范围里</p><p>很多话在平时，总觉得不管怎么提起都有点太上纲上线了</p><p>只有在吵架的时候，才会看到那一部分</p><p>真实的、却又在平时不会从暗盒里取出来的需求</p><p>而曾经的我，是坚定的“不吵架”坚持者：</p><p>我不喜欢任何冲突，觉得一切可以被理性解决的问题</p><p>都可以逐条商量</p><p>而那些终究无可商量的事情和情绪</p><p>可能就是要相互后撤一步的信号</p><p>不过，在经历和具体的人具体的相处后</p><p>我对于人与人之间心理变化的复杂性有了新的认识和思考</p><p>当然也对关系的韧性更有信心了</p><p>在吵架中，我们可能真的更能看到对方，也更能看清自己</p><p>———————————————</p><p>这些让人对自身有思考和学习的“架”，</p><p>我们不能执着于争输赢</p><p>但！</p><p>除此之外，出门在外也有不少架是必须要吵的</p><p>这些架，我们得赢</p><p>怎么赢，怎么吵——咱们可以慢慢相互出主意</p><p>今天，可以先听听：</p><p>输，是怎么输的</p><p>哈哈！🎧</p>

<p>🎙️ 这期节目是围绕 “哄人算不算讨好” 这个问题展开的～</p><p>🗣️ 聊天过程中我们又提出了几个新的小问题：</p><p>• 哄人和讨好的区别 ❓</p><p>• 哄人的人是上位者还是下位者 ⬆️⬇️</p><p>⸻</p><p>🎧 在节目的最后，我们又互相问了问</p><p>那个上一期节目一开始提出的问题：</p><p>你会哄人吗？ 🤔</p><p>⸻</p><p>这个问题，其实有两种解释：</p><p>1️⃣ 我会不会去哄人 → 这关乎 意愿</p><p>2️⃣ 我会不会哄好人 → 这关乎 能力</p><p>⸻</p><p>🧩 我们能不能“哄好人”的能力，</p><p>在 具体情况不同、具体对象不同 时，</p><p>可能都会有不一样的自我评估。</p><p>⸻</p><p>但！两期节目聊下来，</p><p>最后我们都无比确定的是：</p><p>❤️ 我们希望找到愿意哄自己，</p><p>也能让自己有高意愿去哄哄的人。</p><p>这一点，很重要。 💖</p>
