香港是個步伐急速的商業城市,地方雖小,但商業頻繁,發展一日千里。雖然新興行業不斷發展,但舊式店舖仍有生存空間,百花齊放。然而經過這三年的疫境考驗,部份老店還是敵不過時代洪流,結業告终。可幸的是,當中仍有不少老店能堅毅地生存著,不論是加點新意思,或是來個大革新,祖業依然堅守,再繼往開來。這些老店不只是在香港街知巷聞,有些更早已衝出國際,聞名於世。她們是不少遊客必到的觀光聖地及打卡熱點。為迎接未來陸續放寬的出入境限制,迎來更多旅客訪港,造訪經典店舖將再次成為旅客們的熱門活動。本輯《香港故事》將帶大家走訪不同的老字號食肆及商店,細味她們的魅力所在。

香港開埠以來百多年歷史,通泰行如同歷史見證人。第一代創辦人由街邊擺檔直至開設辦館再轉營成超市,經歷一次又一次時代的衝擊,包括大型連鎖超市減價戰,當時有些分店也被迫關門,之後通泰行致力於罐頭、米、粉麵、酒….等等批發生意,超級市場才可賴以生存。直到現今,雖然只剩餘西營盤總店,為了保留香港昔日情懷,超市仍售賣不少懷舊物品,疫情其間,雖然生意減少,老闆不但沒有辭退任何員工,而且更時常派物資給有需要的街坊,是一間充滿人情味的老店。 #香港好去處#老店#老字號#西營盤#通泰行#香港故事#香港超市#罐頭#米#...
