这期和上期一样是在香港的海滨公园散步的时候录的，讲了在尼泊尔的最后三天——在博卡拉玩滑翔伞后犯恶心的一天，坐了9个小时巴士的一天，还有在帕坦逛博物馆以及购物失败的一天。忘了讲一件事，在尼泊尔的餐厅打包食物的时候，他们会用锡纸盒或者树叶做成的一次性餐具，卖lassi的店也会用一次性的小陶杯，很少用塑料制品，这还挺了不起的。

已经回到香港几天了，4月10号晚上不下雨，我在去海滨公园散步的路上录了这期，讲的是4月2-3号从ABC下山回到博卡拉，那是极限赶路和情绪极其低落的两天。

这也是4月5号在博卡拉到加德满都的巴士上补录的，讲了从Deurali到ABC（安纳布尔纳大本营）这最后一段上山的路。这天的阳光照得人睁不开眼睛，雪山环绕的景色无比壮丽。不过大本营里非常冷，只有人能带来一点暖意。到达了目的地，剩下的就只有下山的路了，不免有些伤感。
