本會為依法設立之非營利公益團體，以協助特殊兒童青少年家庭培力及舉辦相關親職活動為宗旨。我們主張有能力的涵容環境，如家庭與學校，才有能力協助需要支持的孩童成長，因此本會結合專科醫師、心理治療師、大學教授及孩童家屬等專業人員，以實證醫學為基礎，從家族照顧概念出發，常態性提供各種支持與教育協助，透過課程分享、舉辦活動等多元模式，積極協助易分心過動症和其他情緒行為困難的孩童及其家人，讓長期不被關注的情緒困擾兒童和青少年能夠更健康、更自信、更有尊嚴的成長，並提供父母良善有效的教養互動方案，積極協助整合相關資源。
