與人相處時，有時會因為他人言語、行為而受到不平對待，因此感到委屈或憤怒。我們可以如何面對這種情況呢？ 本集我們要討論，當我們無可避免受到他人影響時，除了(1) 與人衝突 (2) 壓抑情緒 以外，我們也可以選擇 (3) 溝通 (4) 離開，或是(5) 倚靠神。 羅馬書 12章19-21節這樣說： 親愛的弟兄，不要自己伸冤，寧可讓步，聽憑主怒；因為經上記着：「主說：『伸冤在我，我必報應。』」 所以，「你的仇敵若餓了，就給他吃，若渴了，就給他喝；因為你這樣行就是把炭火堆在他的頭上。」 你不可為惡所勝，反要以善勝惡。 另一方面，我們也討論如何不成為加害者、論斷別人的人。 馬太福音7章1-3節 你們不要論斷人，免得你們被論斷 。 因為你們怎樣論斷人，也必怎樣被論斷；你們用甚麼量器量給人，也必用甚麼量器量給你們 。 為甚麼看見你弟兄眼中有刺，卻不想自己眼中有梁木呢？ 無論我們遭受怎樣的對待，都可以來到神面前向祂訴說，因為祂自己也曾被人藐視、厭煩，甚至被丟石頭、釘十架。 祂可以理解我們，也願意陪我們一起面對難關！ -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
