<p>Embers：Are You Still There 《余烬：你还在那里吗？》是一部以“火车”为主题的实验音乐/Audiovisual作品。在作曲的版本中，它采用了具体音乐和声景音乐的手法，使用了蒸汽列车的田野录音以及现代中国具有意识形态美学的戏剧音乐采样构建了一段左翼政治想象的叙事声景。</p> <p>从蒸汽火车到内燃机列车，再到今天的电动力、磁悬浮火车，“火车”是 19 世纪以来科技革命与工业化的象征，是“速度和力量”的隐喻——这两个关键词也是 20 世纪未来主义至今，激进的政治革命与文化实践的隐喻。而随着20世纪末，世界范围内左翼运动的消退和消费主义的崛起，这种隐喻所带来的引申含义超越了理想主义式的怀旧，同时也对当下日益极化的政治与社会文化进行了批判和思考。正如标题所追问的那样，当左翼革命所蕴涵的崇高的理想主义在今天正在逐渐远去的时候，Are You Still There？</p> <div class="photo"><figure><picture><source srcset="https://i.typlog.com/kenkajouto/8261346922_953687.png?x-oss-process=image/auto-orient,1/interlace,1/quality,q_90/resize,m_lfit,w_1024/format,webp" type="image/webp"><img src="https://i.typlog.com/kenkajouto/8261346922_953687.png" alt="image.png"loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1024" height="1024" /></picture></figure></div>
