<p>#潛意識如何影響我們的人生 <br /> <br />你知道你做選擇時都是被潛意識操控嗎？ <br /> <br />你以為你分析得很透撤才做出的選擇，但其實是你大腦中的潛意識早就做出決定了！ <br /> <br />我們的意識有表意識跟潛意識，表意識就是我們大腦中無時無刻的想法，能被我們感知道的，這使我們誤以為是我們主動在思考，但其實不然。 <br />而潛意識是在意識底層的思維，這個思維是受你從小到大生活背景教育認知，所產生的一種龐大思維資料庫，你的所有習慣認知都會受到潛意識的影響，然後默默在大腦底層自行運作，這會讓你以為是你在做決定，但其實潛意識早就幫你做出決定，像是電腦中寫好的程式，遇到某個事件，程式會自動去跑，然後判斷要怎麽做出決定，而大腦中的潛意識程式判斷法則就是你原生成長環境寫入給你的習慣信念。 <br /> <br />這裡我舉個例子讓大家好明白～ <br />你從小的家庭是一個金錢比較匱乏的狀態，雖然在你國中時父母親賺了大錢，家庭變得比較富裕，但你的父母親其中一位可能是會時不時碎念賺錢不易，或是他個性上就是比較容易擔心沒錢等等的，這樣的模式默默的被你吸收進入潛意識，長大後的你表意識上可能對自己用錢滿大方的，也不會動不動就怕沒錢，但是當你面對跟金錢議題相關選擇時這個潛意識程式就會默默啟動。 <br />例如你剛好面臨A工作與B工作的選擇，A工作錢比較多，但工作內容無聊，而B工作錢比較少，但工作內容是你喜歡的，這時你會分析再分析然後決定選A工作，然後你會覺得這個選擇是對的，因為先有錢的穩定之後想幹嘛在說也比較合理有保障，但這個選擇在你分析前，你的潛意識早就替你選擇了A工作，因為潛意識資料庫收入的是你從小家庭面臨金錢匱乏的恐懼經驗，跟你父母帶給你的金錢認知，所以潛意識會自動避免金錢的匱乏，當然是選擇A工作金錢穩定的。 <br /> <br />而如何改變你的潛意識呢？ <br />以下是我個人的經驗分享，希望能幫助大家。 <br /> <br />我的作法是不用頭腦做出選擇，而是安靜的坐下先去感受這個事件問題中引發我的情緒，我先讓情緒流動出來，情緒流動出來後，我讓自己安靜下來，靜靜的等待引發這件事的潛意識事件是什麼？ <br />過程讓自己放鬆，交給內在，而後就會看見一個過往的事件，這件事就是你潛意識收入的程式，當看見後就能改寫，你不需要再做任何事，只需要在日後多份覺察，讓自己更能改變這個習性。 <br /> <br />小額贊助支持本節目： <a href="https://open.firstory.me/user/ckb97kt58dw6v0873zcuhbmjz" target="_blank">https://open.firstory.me/user/ckb97kt58dw6v0873zcuhbmjz</a></p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a>
