【金銭的なレバレッジだけでなく、不動産を持つことで時間や人脈等ができていく】 私は20代の時にビジネススクールの講師や地元密着型の薬局の経営などに携わってきました。 その当時、幅広い年齢層の方々と出会う中で、不動産を活用して豊かな人生を過ごす人と不動産を十分に活用できず、無計画のまま老後を迎え生活が苦しい人を何人も見てきました。 若いうちから不動産に対する知見を高め有効に活用した方が悠々自的な過ごし方ができるのではないかと思い20代後半に大家になることを心ざしました。 その後は猛勉強を重ねて晴れて大家になると金銭だけでなく、時間の余裕やたくさんの人との出会いも恵まれる経験を積むことができました。 一方で、改めて町を見渡してみると画一的な住居ばかりが溢れており住む人の暮らしが十分に考えられていないと実感しました。 こうした背景から、私は「人生で一番長い時間を過ごす住居を幸せな空間にして、幸せと感じていただける人を増やしたい」と思って経営をしています。 理念を感じるアパート経営をテーマに、人生で1番長い時間を過ごす住居を幸せな空間にするために「ペットと共生できる専用住居」や「子育て世代が幸せに過ごせる住居」「住むだけでワクワクするような住居」を構想中です。 この他にもゆとりある暮らしのための不動産を通した資産形成、空き家や土地の有効活用のお手伝いをしておりますので、当番組を通じてこれまで多くのお客様より不動産について受けたご質問等をベースにいろいろな情報を発信していきたいと思います！ 動画: https://youtu.be/i68K7ksvJtg LINE公式: https://lin.ee/Vrj61rR
