<p>勝負の場に立つとき、人は誰しも多少の不安を感じるもの。<br>「本当にこれでいいのか」「失敗したらどうしよう」――そんな思いが、頭をよぎることもあるでしょう。</p><p>しかしながら、いざ打席に立つとき、その迷いを持ち込んではなりません。<br>迷いは、動きを鈍らせ、判断を遅らせます。<br>自信のないスイングでは、どんな実力も半分も出せない。<br>打ちたいなら、覚悟を決めること！</p><p><br></p><p>そのためには準備をしっかりすること。<br>土壇場で強くいられる人とは、日々の練習を誰よりも真剣に積み重ねてきた人です。<br>何度も繰り返し、失敗を重ね、それでも逃げずに自分を磨いてきた人にだけ、本番で「迷いを捨てる権利」が与えられるのです。</p><p>練習でどれだけ本気になれたか。<br>その努力が、自信へと変わり、迷いを打ち消します。<br>本番でブレずにいられるかどうかは、準備の質と量に比例すると言っても過言ではありません。</p><p>勝負を決めるのは、運や偶然ではありません。<br>日々の努力と、最後に信じ切る心――その積み重ねが、勝利を引き寄せるのです。</p><p>ですから、どうか覚えていてください。<br>どれほどの練習を積もうとも、打席に立った瞬間に迷ってしまえば、すべてが曇ります。<br>逆に言えば、積み上げた練習を信じることさえできれば、どんな場面でも、自分の力を出し切ることができます。</p><p>迷いを断ち切り、準備したすべてをぶつけること。<br>その姿勢こそが、勝負に挑む者のあるべき姿だと、私は信じています。</p>
