Bence yüzme kültürünü anlatmak, yüzmeyi her yaşta herkesin yapabileceği bir spor olarak ele almaktan geçiyor. Bu postcast serisinde de tüm açılardan yüzme kültürünü anlatmak istedim. İlgi alanı ya da profesyonel alanında sohbet ettiğim, fikirlerine değer verdiğim isimleri burada bulacaksınız. Her telden çalıp farkındalık uyandıracak, yeni keşifler yapacağız. <p>Bu bölümde koşu dünyasının yakından tanıdığı bir isim, sporcu ve antrenör Ayhan Esen ile konuştuk.</p><p><br></p><p>Antrenmanlardan öğrenilmiş bir şey olmalı ki, hafif tempolu ve uzun bir kayıt oldu. Hatta kanalın şu ana kadarki en uzun bölümü oldu. O nedenle “Ultra Bölüm” başlığını attım.</p><p><br></p><p>Ayhan Hoca’nın spor kariyeri katman katman olduğu için baklavaya benzettik. Bizim için tatlı bir sohbet oldu. Sizler için de öyle olmasını dilerim.</p>
