<p>みなさん、こんにちは。第47回Zebras Cafeでは「ゼブラ企業とこれからの公民連携」をテーマに、これから、省庁や自治体などの公的機関とゼブラ企業はどのようにコラボレーションしていくべきかについて考えます。</p> <p>ーーーゼブラ企業とはーーー</p> <p>急成長や短期的な利益ではなく、持続可能性と社会的インパクトを優先する新しいビジネスモデルを実践する企業です。ーーーーーーーーーーーーー</p> <p>今回のゲストは、デロイト トーマツ リスクアドバイザリー合同会社 マネージャーの石塚さんです。2010年に地方自治体に入庁し、地方創生施策や広域連携事業、ヘルスケアや都市政策の企画・立案に携わったのち、2021年にデロイト トーマツ グループに入社され、公民両方の立場を経験されている石塚さん。現在は、政府・官公庁のスタートアップ政策の中でも、エコシステムの深化や社会課題の解決に向けた複数の大型プロジェクトを企画・立案し、責任者を務めています。また、2024年6月に開催されたZEBRAHOODでは、実行委員会にも参画いただきました。今回のZebras Cafeでは、そんな元自治体職員としての知見を生かしながら、スタートアップ政策に中間支援として関わる石塚さんとともに、自治体が補助金や助成金を出すという一方向の施策ではなく、対話の中で新しいものを生み出せるようなゼブラ企業と公民連携のこれからについて議論します。ぜひご参加ください。</p> <p>ーーーー</p> <p>【イベント情報】</p> <p>ゲスト：デロイト トーマツ グループ マネジャー 石塚 理博さん</p> <p>ホスト：Tokyo Zebras Unite 共同創業者 田淵良敬 Tokyo Zebras Unite ストラテジスト 阿座上陽平</p>

<p>第47回Zebras Cafeでは「ゼブラ企業とこれからのリーダーシップ」をテーマに、これからのビジネスと社会に必要なリーダーシップについて考えます。</p> <p>ーーーゼブラ企業とはーーー</p> <p>急成長や短期的な利益ではなく、持続可能性と社会的インパクトを優先する新しいビジネスモデルを実践する企業です。</p> <p>ーーーーーーーーーーーーー</p> <p>今回のゲストは、9月21日から3日間にわたり開催される『薩摩会議』の実行団体である、薩摩リーダーシップフォーラムSELFの共同代表・古川理沙さん。彼女は鹿児島で生まれ育ち、中国や韓国での日本語教師の経験を経て、地域社会に根ざした保育園や食堂の運営を手がけています。さらに現在は、未来を創る「ふつうのがっこう」の設立準備財団を立ち上げ、地域とともに学び、生きる力を育む環境を提供しています。昨年の薩摩会議に参加した秋田の起業家が、その新しい学校の共同代表として就任するなど、薩摩会議は人々の熱意が形となり、リーダーシップの新しい形を生み出しています。『薩摩会議』は、地域社会における不可逆的な変革を目指す、大規模な対話型カンファレンスであり、「150年後の世界に、私たちは何を遺すのか」という壮大なテーマのもと、多くの人々の人生にインパクトを与え続けています。2024年の会議では、さらに深化したテーマと地域に根ざした実践的なセッションが企画され、全国から注目を集めています。今回のZebras Cafeでは、そんな薩摩会議をリードしてきた古川さんと共に、ゼブラ企業に必要なこれからのリーダーシップについて深く議論します。持続可能な未来を共に創るためのビジョンを共有し、新しいリーダーシップの形を探るこの機会をお見逃しなく。</p>
