<p>Als je op zee bent en het stormt, ben je overgeleverd aan degolven. Alles is een gevecht. Maar door de lucht glijdt een signaal. Dit vertelt of je nog leeft of dat je hulp nodig hebt. De meeste mensen kunnen dit niet horen, maar Bert wel.</p><p>Bert Koning luistert al heel zijn leven (via scanners) naar de communicatie met de mensen op zee.
