<p>[email protected] <br />拉貝日記，是德國人約翰拉貝在1937年民國26年於南京寫下的日記，就是南京大屠殺，拉貝以外國人身份在當年本來有機會於戰前離開南京，但他沒有走，跟其他21名外國人，共22人留下來建立國際安全委員會，拉貝任主席，在市內劃定一塊國際安全區，規定安全區內不可以有軍事行動，安全區內共湧進約20-25萬人，幾乎就是當時南京所有老百姓，區內共25個大小不一的難民收容所，大約收容6-7萬人，包括拉貝自己的住宅。 <br />拉貝還有另一個身份，就是納粹黨員，他是納綷在南京支部負責人，所以他的身份很特別，日德已在1936/11月結成同盟，即軸心國，日本打中國，做為日本盟友的德國人，還是納粹， 安全區首先當然得到中國政府支持，同意撤出區內所有部隊，但日本就很刺眼了，由1937年11月中旬決定成立安全區，到12月中才明言不承認安全區，但只要區內沒有中國部隊，就不會主動攻擊，納粹的身份及與日本的盟友關係，是拉貝留下來的尷尬之一。</p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a>

<p>[email protected] <br /> 這是戰場第1講，今天要分享的戰場是八月砲火，它不是小說，而是歷史類報導文學，在1962年初版，作者芭芭拉塔克曼，出版後立即轟動，拿下當年普立茲獎。美國總統甘迺迪甚至要求每個陸軍軍官都讀一遍八月砲火，做為軍官軍事素養的養成訓練之一。 <br /> 八月砲火講的是1914年8月一次大戰的第一個月的戰況，一次大戰打了四年，八月砲火只講它的開端，我看的是2004年版，現在新版封面有個小標題-資訊誤判如何釀成世界大戰，我認為這個小標只講對一半，為什麼會誤判？其實是一廂情願，誰呢？是法國，法國在戰前制訂17號計畫的人，都是19世紀的腦袋，作戰想定及野戰準則，始終冷漠面對敵情，錯誤地武裝自己，不知道戰場上的熱情必須包裹在走在時代尖端的思維，那時的法國人只想進攻及雪恥，雪1870年敗於德國，割讓亞爾薩斯及洛林，讓德軍在巴黎耀武揚威舉行大閱兵之恥，我們要打回去，打下這兩個地方，再往前走，唱著馬賽曲打到萊茵河，定戰略寫計劃是紙上談兵，開打才發現德國人重心是經由中立國比利時打過來，不過德軍在一次大戰沒有打進巴黎，但是大戰拖了四年，主要參戰國一代人的菁英就在戰場上磨耗殆盡。 <br /> 歷史沒有如果，看看俄烏之戰，打得難分難解沒有結果，不過歷史總是會循環的，大人物面對關鍵一刻的決定是偶然，戰爭的發生卻總是必然，因為人們總在關鍵時刻總會玩起似曾相識的遊戲。就像馬克吐溫說的：「歷史從不重演，但「現在」這猶如萬花筒的組合，似乎總是由支離破碎的古老傳說建構而成」。</p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a>
