<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>认真对待时，你会用“心”去做这件事，而不是用“头脑”，我们知道，心脏是生命的器官，心脏停止跳动，意味着生命终结，所以用心去做一件事，就是用生命去做一件事。而脑子是思考的器官，你会思考这件事情的能给你带来什么好处，如果没有好处或是好处不多，那你就不会去做这件事，或是敷衍的去做这件事，这时就会产生内耗:“你不想做这件事情主观意识，和不得不去做这件事的客观现实产生对抗”，这就是很多人说自己活的很累的原因。</span><br></p>

<p data-flag="normal" style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;"><span>我们每个人都可以控制自己的身体，可以挥舞拳头，可以摇头、点头。但是我们控制不了自己的心跳，控制不了自己的血液循环，也控制不了自己骨骼的发育。</span></p><span><br></span><p data-flag="normal" style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;">这个世界是奇妙的，所有的物质，包括你看的见的客观存在的物质，和你看不见的精神产生的物质，都受宇宙法则的制约。宇宙有很多法则，有自然法则、生长法则、因果法则等等。</p><span><br></span><p data-flag="normal" style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;">自然法则，就比如牛顿发现的万有引力学说；生长法则比如我们骨骼的生长，肌肉的生长等等；因果法则就更多了。但是法则也有先后顺序和优先级。</p><span><br></span><p data-flag="normal" style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;">比如:水往低处流，说明牛顿的万有引力法则是成立的，但是我们身体里面的血液也是水分，血液的循环就不受万有引力法则的影响，这说明生长法则的优先级在自然发则之上。</p><span><br></span><br>
