<p>主持人林廷輝邀請南華大學國際事務與企業學系孫國祥教授一同探討川普政府的對台政策及其變化。林廷輝表示，近期美國在G7(七大工業國組織)外長會議聲明中省略了「一中政策」字眼，並將支持台灣參與國際組織的條件改為「適當的」組織，同時美國務院官網也移除「不支持台獨」表述，這些是否代表政策實質轉變？</p>

<p>南華大學國際事務與企業學系孫國祥教授接受主持人林廷輝訪問時表示，第一島鏈政治情勢近期詭譎多變，最根本的原因就是「中國的崛起」以及「美國的應對」所帶來的變數，特別是在美國總統川普執政下。他提到，川普認為美國內部有些「深層國家的控制」，並認為有左派的思想在內，所以他想用比較偏右的方式來改變。這種美國內部的想法和做法，也影響到美國怎麼對待盟友，讓情況變得更複雜。</p>

<p>工總大陸處黃健群處長接受主持人林廷輝訪問表示，兩會雖將「擴大內需」置於首位，但真正的重點是科技自主創新、科技發展，中國甚至願意犧牲部分經濟發展，以實現科技強國目標，原因來自美中科技戰，美國對中國實施科技管制之後，讓中國驚覺科技產品以及關鍵零組件受制於美國，所以中國正努力擺脫對歐美科技體系的依賴，走自己的路。例如，發展鴻蒙系統以及推動新能源車採用自主規格。目標是建立不受歐美科技體系制約的產業發展模式。</p>
