<p>東海大學政治系劉明浩助理教授接受主持人林子立訪問時表示，關於西方對中國「一帶一路」的「債務陷阱」批判。他指出，對許多全球南方國家而言，能接受抵押品償還的中國貸款，是國際貨幣基金組織（IMF）或世界銀行之外的唯一選擇，如斯里蘭卡漢班托塔港案例。而西方過去對南方國家的援助常基於市場利益與政治條件，中國的國家資本模式則填補了基礎建設的空白，藉此培養市場、輸出過剩產能，並確保資源（如非洲礦產）供應，因此迅速獲得南方國家支持。</p>
