<p>淡江大學中國大陸研究所洪耀南助理教授接受主持人張正霖訪問時表示，美國總統川普2.0的關稅談判和川普1.0時已經不同，不再是一對一，而是想要重建全球經濟秩序。面對美國，中國採取近交遠攻的策略，洪耀南分析，中國領導人習近平出訪越南、柬埔寨、馬來西亞等等，這些過去是中國產品洗產地的國家進行安撫鞏固的動作，可能是在測試完全脫鈎是何狀況，計畫談判與布局雙頭進行。</p>

<p>國防安全研究院國防戰略與資源所助理研究員鍾志東接受主持人張正霖訪問時表示，此次4月1日軍演及相關文宣明顯針對台灣總統賴清德個人，中國使用的醜化漫畫等宣傳手法顯得粗糙、沒水準。他建議台灣民間可用更高明、更具創意的諷刺漫畫反擊中國領導人習近平。再來，鍾志東強調，中國的軍事恫嚇往往在台灣內部產生反效果，激化反感情緒，如同豬隊友般反而有助於民進黨凝聚支持。</p>
