大林蒲位於高雄市小港區的一個濱海聚落。西南濱台灣海峽，東邊則是緊鄰高雄臨海產業園區，北邊是目前已經遷村的紅毛港，南邊是邦坑、鳳鼻頭等聚落。境內或鄰近的大型工廠有中油大林煉油廠、台電大林發電廠及中鋼公司等。 多方被重型石化工業包圍，造成空氣汙染以及三不五時的工安爆炸，居民擔心受怕，變成了環境難民。 政府喊大林蒲要遷村已經快二十多年的光陰，到底是什麼原因讓居民遲遲不接受遷村條件，不得不繼續住在此區?家園變成煉獄。究竟人生還有多少個十年可以等待? 🔑本周重點 1. 不搬遷理由五：政府的邏輯是先要居民拆屋，給錢，再要大家去蓋屋。中間拆屋到蓋屋過程中，要搬去哪裡?等於要搬兩次家。錢也給得很慢，蓋屋時候，居民要先自己先借貸來蓋房。 2. 不搬遷理由六：雖然政府有提出社會住宅的概念，但申請條件很嚴格，幾等親內有房產不能申請。雖有保障六年會有房住，但過了之後就要抽籤決定，誰想要等晚年還有流離失所的可能? 3. 不搬遷理由七：未來要搬去的新居地，最後是哪一塊土地會給自己都不確定，沒人會對這麼不明朗的未來感到放心。 4. 期待方案：政府造鎮，等蓋好房後，邀請居民看房。讓條件一切明朗後，再來談搬遷。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
