Coeliac disease is not an allergy or food intolerance, and the only treatment is a strict gluten free diet for life. The condition affects 1 in 100 people in the UK, but only 36% of them are diagnosed, leaving an estimated 500,000 living with unexplained symptoms.</p><br><p>In this podcast series, we'll explore a vast array of topics related to living well gluten free.
