<p style="font-size:16px;color:#333333;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;hyphens:auto" data-flag="normal" lang="en">所谓“<a style="text-decoration: none;color:#4990E2">职场冷暴力</a>”即指上司或群体用<a style="text-decoration: none;color:#4990E2">非暴力</a>的方式刺激对方,致使一方或多方心灵受到严重伤害的行为。其主要体现在让人长期饱受讥讽、漠视甚至于停止日常工作等刺激,使人在心理上压抑、郁闷。智联招聘曾做过职场冷暴力调查,近七成被调查的白领表示自己曾经遭遇过职场冷暴力。遭遇职场冷暴力后,只有16.9%的人表示会积极寻找解决办法,38.1%的受害者表示自己会整日郁闷,严重影响了工作积极性。20.9%的职场人则以冷制冷。将近2成受害者则选择了黯然离职,只能以这种方式解决。遭遇职场暴力,不仅对我们的工作积极性伤害极大,还会严重影响我们的职业发展与成长。那么,我们在我们遭遇职场冷暴力时,应该如何应对呢?小贝将会针对几种不同的场景,给大家一些应对的建议。</p>
