主講人：環境部部長彭啓明 來賓：法務部 部長 鄭銘謙 環境部彭啓明部長與法務部鄭銘謙部長，共同出席「跨部會合作！環檢警聯手瓦解跨區非法棄置犯罪網絡」記者會，並發表演說。為守護環境、嚴懲不肖業者非法棄置廢棄物惡行，檢警調環聯合查緝，於111年10月查獲不法業者棄置廢酸洗液後，層層溯源抽絲剝繭，運用科技工具分析蒐證，破獲跨域廢酸洗液及廢棄物非法棄置集團，全案迄今經臺中地檢署進行4波起訴，累計已起訴37人，並查扣犯罪所得高達1.9億餘元，另由行政機關裁處不法利得3千餘萬元，展現政府強力打擊不法，遏阻環保犯罪的決心。 「對於破壞環境的犯罪行為！絕對零容忍！」兩位部長於會中共同聲明，這不僅展現政府強力打擊不法的能力，更是向國人宣示，未來將以更緊密的跨部會合作，即時且有效的遏阻環保犯罪。 「地球是我們跟後代借的，不要預支下一代的環境。」鄭部長回顧法務部從2011年就跟環境部前身環保署、警政署以「策略聯盟」形式合作，據環保署提供的情資，查獲無數污染案件並嚴懲犯罪行為，未來更要持續以更新的技術進行科技執法、以跨部會、公私協力等方式各方打擊犯罪。 「我們不是要炫耀成果，而是要讓國人知道，這個平台不斷破獲環境犯罪，希望民眾安心、不肖業者死心！」環檢警合作平台2011年成立，截至今年2月，對全國空、水、廢等環保犯罪案件，已有移送環保犯罪案件 3,488件、移送人數 超過 12,000人。彭部長回想一年前上任前民間期許他對國內眾多非法棄置卻受輕罰的環境犯罪案件「硬起來」，強調環境部面對舊議題提出的新解方是以全面系統化攜手檢警，以科技、大數據更有效的防堵非法行為。 🔗新聞連結：<a href="https://enews.moenv.gov.tw/Page/3B3C62C78849F32F/f94a29b4-b2b6-4784-85ae-7402e370b02c">https://enews.moenv.gov.tw/Page/3B3C62C78849F32F/f94a29b4-b2b6-4784-85ae-7402e370b02c</a> -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
