擔任多年輔導工作的朴世光，發現有越來越多人心理健康出現狀況，從而決定投身諮商心理師的工作，在20年的臨床實務經驗中發覺，許多人常常活在別人的期待中，過度在意別人的眼光。誰能不在意別人的眼光？朴世光想起自己台韓混血的身份，自童年求學時就經歷別人異樣的眼光，但父母的關愛讓她一下子就轉念，接納並肯定真實的自己，於是，不但不會在意別人的眼光，更有機會改變別人對自己的看法。不去在意別人的眼光，是需要學習與練習的，是可以一步步開始改變，最終跨過「別人的眼光」這道關卡。朴世光提醒，永遠不要放棄讓自己學習「放鬆」，因為，當我們放鬆而專心去做好眼前的事，就能不在意別人的眼光，進而翻轉人生。

美國常春藤名校畢業的柯沛寧，畢業後也和同學一樣，在許多人稱羨的華爾街工作，但一段前往尼泊爾當志工教書的旅程，讓他毅然決定離開金融圈，走一條完全不同的路。他投入教育領域，原本在美國當老師，後來輾轉回台灣教學，在一段參與偏鄉教學的歷程裡，他感受到教育學習在偏鄉與城市之間的巨大落差，於是，他又毅然決定創業，希望打造「台灣教育的麥肯錫」，讓學生透過從國外導入的「自我領導力」課程，學習成為自己人生的領導者。柯沛寧在推廣品格領導力理念的過程中，也常遇到「被潑冷水」的情況，不過他相信，只要不放棄「好的教育內容可以教出好的孩子」這樣的信念，就會有更多的學校或教育機構願意和他一起，為下一代的領導力培養，盡一份心力。

白手起家的彭覺瑩，從醫療儀器公司的業務開始做起，後來決定創業，公司只有兩個人，一個是他，另一個是會計，憑著多年累積的專業和好人緣，他的事業越做越好。但畢竟是人生第一次創業，彭覺瑩也是在摸索中學習如何「當老闆」，他曾經歴發完員工薪水後，自己卻無薪可領，也曾遭遇員工的無情背叛，老闆的壓力與酸甜苦辣，只有當老闆的才深知箇中滋味。還好，在創業帶公司的這一路上，彭覺瑩每回面臨辛苦與困境的時候，總會有貴人出手相助，讓他一關又一關地平安度過，如今，公司早已比創業初期壯大許多，但他始終提醒自己莫忘初衷，心存感恩，正是因為這樣的心態，也才使得他的身邊永遠不乏貴人。
