蒙特梭利 Follow the child （跟隨孩子）的概念，是指大人應該相信孩子會被內在需求所吸引，自行去尋找符合發展的方式，大人應該做個觀察者去從旁協助及引導，不要因為低估了孩子的能力而處處限制他們。 生活自理其實對孩子來說就是非常棒的全方面發展。無論是擦桌子、折衣服、洗衣服、煮飯、切菜等等，在做這些工作的時候，他們的小肌肉、認知、紀律、肢體協調能力等等都能得到發展。 重點是每一樣都是他們很喜歡做、卻常被父母嫌礙手礙腳幫倒忙而很少給他們機會的工作。 所以今天的 Podcast 要來跟大家聊聊如何在家陪伴孩子學習生活自理，我們家是一歲就開始，Nikka非常的熱衷，也讓身為全職媽媽的我有更多時間可以完成家務事。Lin-mama 也會跟大家分享身為在職媽媽，心有餘而力不足的一些想法。 ＊很抱歉錄音時前八分鐘不小心用到耳機錄音，所以前面音質比較不好，八分後音質會有轉換，感謝大家包容！ 本集重點收錄至 IG 樓下的媽媽，歡迎追蹤並留言私訊我們！
