<p>За 9 дней до первой большой гонки сезона я снова сделал FTP-тест. Хотелось понять, на какие ватты стоит ориентировать во время гонки и на сколько выросла форма за 4 месяца подготовки. Спойлерить, что там получилось, не стану, но результатом остался доволен. А ещё спросил тренера, что у нас получилось сделать, а что можно было бы сделать в этой подготовке лучше.
