「阿弘開講」透過賽斯身心靈診所諮商心理師阿弘(楊聖弘)老師以閱讀引導，佐以專業的分析及同理心，一邊傾聽，一邊和讀者們聊天交流，一邊介紹好書，在自在無壓力的情境下，為讀者們梳理困擾的情緒，成為讀者們的好夥伴~ 「巧瑜伽 恰恰恰」配合療癒主題，由資深瑜伽老師簡巧雯chacha老師精心設計適合主題的瑜珈靜心課程，和大家空中聊瑜伽，一同共享身心靈探索的療癒之旅。 「阿弘開講」每月第1及第3週週五更新 「巧瑜伽 恰恰恰」每月第2及第4週週五更新 關於楊聖弘： 「只有用心才能看清楚； 真正重要的東西，用眼睛是看不見的。」這是《小王子》給予世人的提醒，卻是我在諮商工作上最重要的優勢！ 我是全盲心理師，雖然我看不見你，但少了「世人的眼光」， 那反而是一種彼此的鬆綁，可以不帶框架的，單純「用心」陪伴，覺察那些肉眼看不見的答案。 擅長以賽斯心理動力取向與東方老莊哲學為基底，應用後現代sfbt焦點解決短期治療等方法，協助個案進行自我的探索與問題的處理，我深信無論現在的處境如何，每個人都有能力改變現況，扭轉命運。 關於簡巧雯： 「不要在意自己做的如何，真實呈現，做到當下最適合的就好。」 有時只是小小閃過的念頭，也會奇蹟般的發生，所有卡關也都一一解鎖～ 認真的練習，來幫助自己，好好運用過往所學 ，來看看到底有沒有差異～ 相信日復一日的練習著、相信著，堅持著…肯定會有不同的發生!!! 臉書粉專： https://reurl.cc/2ZAVZ6 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/" target="_blank">SoundOn</a>
