「沖縄羅針盤」 毎週日曜日 午後４時半～５時 放送中 ４月２８日放送分 那覇空港の滑走路が一望できる『レキオスラウンジ』。 今週は、参議院議員の高良鉄美（たから・てつみ）さんをお迎えしました。おしゃべりのお相手は、沖縄大学地域研究所・特別研究員の島田勝也さんです。 高良さんは、１９５４年生れ、那覇市のご出身です。那覇高校を卒業後、九州大学法学部、九州大学大学院へ進学。１９８８年には、琉球大学法文学部助教授となり、教授、法科大学院院長を経て、２０１９年、参議院選挙に出馬、初当選しました。国会議員として１期目の現在は、外交防衛委員会に所属。また、沖縄社会大衆党の委員長も務めていらっしゃいます。 今回は、高良さんに、５月３日の「憲法記念日」を前に改憲論議など憲法をめぐる国会の動き、現在の政治状況をお聞きしました。

「沖縄羅針盤」 毎週日曜日 午後４時半～５時 放送中 ４月２１日放送分 那覇空港の滑走路が一望できる『レキオスラウンジ』。 今週は、ミュージシャンで株式会社アジマァ代表取締役社長の照屋林賢（てるや・りんけん）さんをお迎えしました。おしゃべりのお相手は、ラウンジ常連客で沖縄大学地域研究所・特別研究員の島田勝也さんです。 照屋さんは、１９４９年生まれ、コザ、現在の沖縄市の御出身です。おじいさまの照屋林山さんとお父様の照屋林助さんは共に沖縄を代表する音楽家で、実家は三線・レコード店という音楽に囲まれた環境に育ちました。１９７７年に、沖縄固有のリズムと言葉にこだわりながらも、新しい音楽のスタイルを取り入れた「りんけんバンド」を結成。１９９０年、ＣＤ「ありがとう」で全国デビューし、１９９３年には、日本レコード大賞「特別賞」を受賞しました。１９９９年、自らのレーベルを本格的にスタート。２０００年には、ビジネス交流のための組織「North Valley Okinawa（ノース・バレー・オキナワ）」を設立。アーティストのプロデュースや映画監督の他、ライブハウス「カラハーイ」、飲食業、ホテル経営など多方面で活躍中です。 今回は、照屋さんに、「North Valley Okinawa」での取り組みなどを振り返りながら沖縄の音楽、文化、そして、今後の活動をお伺いしました。

「沖縄羅針盤」 毎週日曜日 午後４時半～５時 放送中 ４月１４日放送分 那覇空港の滑走路が一望できる『レキオスラウンジ』。 今週は、株式会社アールディ・フィールズ沖縄・代表取締役の宮城敦（みやぎ・あつし）さんをお迎えしました。おしゃべりのお相手は、ラウンジ常連客で沖縄大学地域研究所・特別研究員の島田勝也さんです。 宮城さんは、１９７８年生まれ、西原町の御出身です。沖縄国際大学４年次在籍中に、ウエディング会社に就職。２００５年には、リゾートウエディングの立上げのため沖縄ワタベウエディングへ転職し、ウエディングの現場経験を経て、人事領域へ従事。そして、４５歳を機に、沖縄のあらゆる人材課題解決に挑むため２０２２年に、人材事業を中心に行う株式会社アールディ・フィールズ沖縄に移り、２０２３年４月に代表取締役に就任しました。また、とことん「人」が好きとういう宮城さんは現在、一般社団法人「沖縄未来人材育成ラボ」事務局長も兼任しています。 今回は、宮城さんに、野球少年だったころの夢、そして、ウエディング業界に入り人材事業にかかわるようになった経緯、「アールディ・フィールズ沖縄」が目指している事などをお伺いしました。
