<p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>帝曰,补写奈何?</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>黄帝问,补写的作用何在?</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>岐伯曰,此攻邪也。急出以出剩血,而复其真气。此邪新客溶溶未有定处也, 推之则前,引之则止。逆而剌之,温血也。刺出其血,其病立已。</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>岐伯回答道,这是在攻击病邪时取用的。急速岀针以去掉过多之血瘀,以求正气回 复,亦即在病邪刚进入体中,尚居无定所之时,利用针法推动真气,则其向前进,用导 引法其病邪必静止,若反其道而行,止造成血邪内郁,邪气不出也。若发现络上有瘀血, 必速以放血,其病可立愈。</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>帝曰,善。然真邪以合,波陇不起,候之奈何?</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>黄帝说,回答得好,但如真气与邪气相搏杂,居于经脉之内,脉气又不发生变化时, 如何察出呢?</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>岐伯曰,审扪循三部九侯之盛虚而调之。察其左右,上下相失,及相灭而, 审其病藏以期之。不知三部者,阴阳不别,天地不分。地以侯地,天以侯天,人 以侯人。调之中府,以定三部。故曰刺不知三部九侯病脉之处,虽有大过,且至 工不能禁也。株罚无过,命曰大惑。反乱大经,真不可复。用实为虚,以邪为真, 用针无义,反为气贼,夺人正气。以从为逆,故不能久长。因不知合之四时五行, 因加相胜。释邪攻正,绝人长命。邪之新客来也,未有定处。推之则前,引之则 止。逢而写之,其病立已。</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>岐伯回答,此际则须仔细按察三部九侯之脉,视其脉气盛衰来调和之,再细察左右之 盛衰,上下不调和在何处,.以及脏气减弱者,察出病居何脏,乃知其何时必出。凡不知 三部九侯者,就无法分别阴阳,好像天地不分一样。天、地、人三部各司其脏及经络, 有一定之规则,再随时注意调和其胃气,来安定三部,则必不生大患。</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;"><span>所以刺法有云,凡针刺之术,不明了三部九侯之脉气,必无法预先察出病邪之居处, 如此即使有高明之医师,也无法遏制病情之扩大。针刺不得正法,导致伤及真气,必使 病情混淆不清,名之</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;"><span>“大</span></p><p style="font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;"><span>惑”。严重时反会造成主经脉之气伤,终使真元之气无法恢复。 把实症误诊为虚症,把邪气误以为正气,用针之法又不知规矩,反致邪气炽盛,伤人元气。 以为顺治反为逆法,令病人血气混乱,真气丧失,邪独居体内,终使生命受到威胁,使 人短夭。不知三部九侯之医师,必无法令人长寿,不知人体配合四季及阴阳五行的运转 者,反导致其互相攻讦,放任邪气侵犯正气,徒令人短寿而已。外邪始犯人体,尚未居 于定位,此际利用针法推之使前,导引使其停止不动,逢其居经络所造成瘀血处,以针 刺来放血,必可使病立愈,永无大害矣。</span></p><span></span><span><br></span><br>
