「森田敦子のLove your life」。カウンセリングスペシャル、今回は３つのご相談にお答えします。まずは、パソコン仕事による肩こりのお悩み。デスクワークはどうしても前傾姿勢で肩が上がってしまいます。日頃から気をつけておきたい姿勢やストレッチ法、活用できる精油についてご紹介します。続いて、お産間近の方から、出産に備えておきたいフィトへの質問です。出産の強い味方になってくれるハーブ３種と、授乳の際のフィトテラピーの役立て方などについて、森田さんの体験談を踏まえながら、じっくりアドバイスします。そして最後は、抗がん剤治療の副作用による、足のしびれについてのご相談。足をマッサージする際に取り入れたい、”痛み”にアプローチするオイル「Mesoins（メソワン）」をはじめ、心のケアに使えそうな精油についてもご紹介します。「飲む」「塗る」「香る」の３方向からアプローチできるのがフィトテラピーです。それぞれ、どんなケアの仕方があるのでしょうか。ぜひ、聴いて下さいね。
