So in today’s episode, I’m talking with Dr. Polly Watson, a board-certified OB-GYN with<br /> over 20 years of experience, to bust 10 of the biggest menopause myths that might be holding<br /> you back from feeling amazing, empowered, and in control of your body. Whether you're in perimenopause, post-menopause, or just curious about what’s ahead, this episode is for YOU.</p> <p>Dr. Polly Watson is a board-certified OB-GYN with over 20 years of experience, specializing in<br /> menopausal, sexual, and functional medicine.
