今天代班DJ Tiffany 又來了。 原因是我們今天要採訪的人，正是本節目點播率第一名的賈斯汀 Justin! 他這個人呢，本來是大腳丫的跑步狂人每天都會在興大操場準時出現。 那時候我們結婚不久，是我開始練三鐵的。本來他還嗤之以鼻。 覺得我們是jack of all trade, master of none。 所以在十幾年前的這個時候，他帶著我和朋友去臺東普悠瑪，參加我們的初標鐵，老賈本來想說只要當個小幫手兼車夫。沒想到被當場的鐵人氣場吸引住，就此入坑（down the rabbit hole) 。跟賈斯丁熟的人都知道，他雖然是個能言善道的E人，但在卡加利Work from home, 除了出去跑步該跟去健身房游泳，幾乎不出門，不跟外人接觸（連隱形眼鏡藥水也上Amazon ）幾乎零社交，他也過得甘之如飴。 之前鼓勵他做podcast 因為他很喜歡分享，再來是我不受教，必需轉移他的教學指導慾望。他是清單魔人，也是微調魔人。執行力超強的他，為了備賽，也只能做幾集算幾集。今天就算是Season 2 的Bonus episodes！ -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>

曾經走到最谷底的時候，即將放棄跑步，但是也就像跑步一樣，一步一步把路走回來，純玉說：可以，我能再創高峰！ 十年磨一劍，臺上一分鐘，臺下十年功，多少無數個日子都是他倆人在不斷地敲打訓練自己，所有的辛苦眼淚汗水，勝敗盈虧都是二人承受。訪談中，我聽到的是一個沉著艱韌，全力付出的選手；我聽到的是一個頭腦冷靜，有條有理的專業教練。 長跑職業選手的工作就是跑步，成績是攤在陽光下，眾所皆知。一般人，工作沒有達到KPI，被老闆罵就算了，也不會有人來公開幹瞧責難，一般人工作受傷，有職災保險。 競技型的選手，訓練受傷的風險更高，但是勝敗自己承擔，受傷自己拿藥塗一塗，職業傷害風險更高，無奈是一股熱忱以及不怕挑戰目標的勇氣，撐著走下去。 我們臺灣也只有一個曹純玉馬拉松寶貝，拜託大家要支持要鼓勵。曾幾何時我們會想到臺灣的女子長跑選手，可以催到2小時32分，我們也要感謝有這一個專任的推手教練，全心全意的協助締造這個成績。 #podcast搜尋鐵人dna #貼近您長跑的過程 #做一集少一集撐下去 #台灣時間4月7日早上6點上線 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
