今天是個特別的日子，7月1日， 是2024年後半段的開始， 有沒有覺得時間過得真的好快喔? 不知道大家會怎樣敘述你的2024前半年的生活呢? 你會聚焦在你收穫的、完成的、精彩的、有趣的那一部分? 還是總是看到， 哎呀!你還有什麼什麼沒做到、停滯不前的、想做卻忘記的、還沒有開始行動的， 或是已經做了卻沒有成功的或還沒有結果的? 記得，現在的我們是個逗點，或者說是未完成式， 我們可以用一種"現在進行式”ing的心態，持續地再往前走， 從現在腳下的這一步開始， 我們都在一步一步地累積、都在進步， 只要我們還沒有劃下句點，我們就仍然在路上， 只要在路上，未來就充滿很多可能性。 期待與祝福我們2024年的下半年喔! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 這一集來跟大家談談， 很多時候過度嚴以律己的人，往往很難寬以待人， 因為，我們如何對待自己的，常常也會這樣對待別人。 我以自己和孩子一段吵架的經驗， 來和大家分享， 當我能真正允許與接納我自己的脆弱時， 我才有辦法允許與接納我的孩子脆弱， 反之亦然， 透過包容孩子的脆弱，我也能夠漸漸包容自己的脆弱。 我們都不完美，都會犯錯，也會失控， 與其當一個完美的媽媽，還不如當一個真實的媽媽， 讓我們一起練習，設立合理的期待與標準， 用輕鬆、包容與接納的眼光看待自己和周遭人事物， 善待自己，也善待別人。 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷 講座與合作邀約： [email protected] 吳至潔諮商心理師的臉書粉絲專頁: <a href="https://www.facebook.com/mathi1201/">https://www.facebook.com/mathi1201/</a> -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
