<p>在我们的日常生活中，已经离不开信用。大部分成年人都有信用卡。银行之所以能够给用户发放信用卡，就是因为这些金融机构相信，用户会按时支付所消费的款项，或者偿还借款利息。如果有用户不能按时偿还债务或利息。那么，这些用户的信用等级就会受到影响，其后果就是信用额会减少，利率也会上升。可以说，用户的信用度一旦受损，会给自身的生活带来极大不便。</p><p>由此可见，信用，或者说信誉对人来说至关重要。</p><p>所谓“信”，就是指一个人所说的话。而“誉”则指的是名声或荣誉。如果说一个人讲信誉，就是说这个人在乎他说话的名声。其实，信用也是同一个道理。信用就是说出的话可以落实，有实际效益，不是空话。</p><p>前不久，我在网上看到一篇人民日报副总编卢新宇的文章，题目是：“我唯一担忧的，是人们已经不再相信”。卢新宇说，人们不再相信什么呢？不再相信规则可以战胜潜规则；不再相信学术场景有别于政治斗争；不再相信学术追求不同于权谋之术；不再相信风骨胜于阿谀奉承。</p><p>卢新宇的话令人心痛，令人反思，令人警醒。为什么我们曾经相信，而现在却不再相信？在这次的“周嘉有话说”栏目里，我和周孝正教授就来聊聊信用，信任与信誉在社会中的重要性话题。</p><br /><hr><p style='color:grey; font-size:0.75em;'> Hosted on Acast. <p>自从特朗普重回白宫后，贸易问题一直是中美之间绕不过去的坎儿。特朗普上任40天来，不断地给中国加征关税，目前已经累计达到百分之二十。而中国方面也还以颜色，对来自美国的鸡肉，小麦，玉米，棉花等农产品加征15%的关税。另外，中国还将15家美国实体列入出口管控名单，以及11家美国企业列入不可靠实体清单。</p><p>就在美中双方贸易战不断升级之际，中国驻美国大使馆在X平台转发中国外交部发言人林剑措辞强硬的发言，其中最后一段话激起了美方的强烈反弹。这句话就是：“如果战争是美国想要的事情，无论是关税战，贸易战或其他任何类型的战争，我们都准备奉陪到底”。</p><br /><hr><p style='color:grey; font-size:0.75em;'> Hosted on Acast.
