<p>有关2025年中国的两会,这里主要聚焦于经济与外交两大议题。</p><p>中国经济有四个关键词:消费、通货紧缩、民营企业、美国关税。中共承诺“大力提振消费”,但是既没有提供多少具体细节,也没有表示会拿出多少资金支持。大言炎炎,小钱可怜,空话连篇。中国供给过剩,需求低迷, 通货紧缩日益明显。中共向民营企业家发出求救信号,试图静悄悄纠偏以扭转国进民退带来的衰退。但是不承认已经犯下的罪恶,“纠偏”当是毫无信用和效果的。而美国决定对中国产品征收额外关税20%,致使中国经济雪上加霜。</p><p>面对世局的动荡变幻,北京在外交上呈现高度机会主义的鸡贼手段,见人说人话,见鬼说鬼话,对俄国对欧洲乌克兰对美国——三方下注,试图趁机建立一个美俄欧中四极主宰世界的架构。短暂的机会或可能出现,然而作长远想,则必为黄粱一梦。</p><br /><hr><p style='color:grey; font-size:0.75em;'> Hosted on Acast. 2025年2月27日,泰国将40名寻求庇护的维吾尔人遣返回中国,此举遭到联合国官员及国际舆论的强烈谴责。这些人回国后可能面临酷刑和长期监禁。其实,二十多年来,在东南亚,不仅泰国,还有其他东盟国家,都有此类反人道且违反国际法的遣返。被遣返者,还包括流亡海外的中国异议人士和民运领袖:阿海(桂民海)、王炳章、彭明、姚文田……。由于北京政权多年来在经济和政治上的利诱和胁迫,文化上的渗透和同化,军事上的骚扰、扩张与逼迫,东南亚多数国家难于抵挡北方这一庞然大物的滴水不漏的经营和咄咄逼人的压迫,多数国家采取了默认与屈从的态度,以至于柬埔寨、老挝、缅甸、泰国等国家已经成为北京政权的藩属国。最近,美国与乌克兰及欧洲在俄乌战争问题上的意见分歧,令习政权认为他们所谓“新雅尔塔会议”三分天下的机会来临了。然而就历史与现实的逻辑观察,这一想像不过是黄粱一梦而已。<br /><hr><p style='color:grey; font-size:0.75em;'> Hosted on Acast. <p>当下北京的政治经贸特别是外交空间日益紧缩,特别是其中极重要的三大问题——美台关系、新冠溯源和北京在美欧之间的选边——已经陷入死胡同。</p><p>在美台关系上,美国国务院在官网上删去“不支持台独”、“台湾是中国一部分”字样,并称“美国将持续支持台湾有意义地参与国际组织,包括在适当情况下成为正式会员”。这是美台关系的重要进展。</p><p>最近,美国政府联邦层级和州政府层级均发出对2020年爆发自中国武汉的新冠疫情实施溯源并追责、索赔。习近平当局对此异常惊恐,近来原湖北负责人落马或与此有关。但无论以替罪羊或污点证人的方式脱罪,长达三年的疫情流行大悲剧必将使疫情的最高责任者落入恢恢天网。</p><p>值此美欧在俄乌战争产生分歧之时,被冷落在局外的中共外交呈现出朝三暮四朝秦暮楚的窘境。普京与习近平的近期通话令习受宠若惊,然习只是春梦一场,普京将不会放过其联美脱困的历史机会。</p><br /><hr><p style='color:grey; font-size:0.75em;'> Hosted on Acast.
