許多銀髮族長輩在退休後選擇擔任義工，或回歸田野當農夫親近大自然。今天《幸福密碼》節目，邀請到法鼓山人文社會基金會心六倫宣講團團長陳昆榮與大家分享他的退休生活與擔任志工的感想。 陳昆榮2017年從外商公司管理階層主管退休，回到出生的故鄉新北市林口經營農場，並同時擔任人基會心六倫宣講團團長職務，帶領一百多位義工前往校園、監所及社區宣講，積極推動法鼓山心六倫理念。他以自身職場經歷規劃大專生企業實習，也在「大學生了沒」專案中帶領數所高中學生認識高等教育甚至職場型態，同時他也開放自家的農場舉辦自然心幸福活動，讓大眾可以學習放開五感去接觸大自然。 對於壯世代準備退休規劃的民眾，陳昆榮建議先了解自我價值與興趣，先找到對的方向再去規劃退休後的生活，並用正確的方法去實現退休後的生活願景。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
