Today, we're happy to be launching the new search interface into beta.
Our goal with this redesign is to strip back as much complexity as possible and make Pod Engine search as simple and intuitive as possible.

Cleaner, simpler results
All of the info you need to quickly research podcasts and add them to your lists. We've made the add and ignore options easier to see, and added some more details into a new expandable row.
Bulk actions
Choose some podcasts (or all podcasts in the results!) and add, ignore, or export all in one go.
Search within podcasts
Looking for something somebody said within a specific podcast? You can now do that incredibly easily!
Tabbed results
It's much easier to view results by podcast, episode, and transcript now that each have dedicated tabs.
Works great on mobile
We've put a lot of thought into the mobile experience as we see an increasing number of users using Pod Engine on the go. We've stripped it back to the essentials and have a new interface specifically for mobile screen sizes.
Shareable search results
URLs now update with your search ID in them, meaning you can easily share results with other users on your team.
This new search page is a work in progress — if you spot any kinks or missing features (or features you'd love!), then please hit reply to let us know.
Our goal in the coming months is to add even more high-quality data into our database, whilst making it as easy as possible to find and add relevant podcasts to your lists.
