<p>以前に配信した、「Design for Culture #09 : クリエイティブを支える情報システムデザイン」のスピンオフ的エピソードです。<br>情報システム（情シス）の設計やマネジメントを担うSA（System Admin）の坂川に、Takramにおける情シスの役割、とくにクリエイティブワークをブーストさせるために、どのようなことを日々考え動いているのかを訊きました。<br>生成AIが標準化しつつあることで多種多様なツールが溢れかえり、ツール導入そのものが目的化してしまいがちです。ややもすると本来解決すべき課題を見失いそうになるなかで、いかにして解題と向き合っているのでしょうか。「守り」から「攻め」の情シスへと役割を再定義しようしている、その考え方と実践について話します。</p>
